Account & Email Verification

Email verification is required before accessing surveys and rewards. If you haven’t received your verification email, check your spam folder or request a new one from your account settings.

Survey Matching & Disqualifications

Survey matches are based on your demographic profile. Disqualifications are determined by provider partners. PollTap profiles help improve qualification rates but cannot guarantee every match.

Rewards & Withdrawal Questions

Completed surveys earn rewards that become withdrawable after a 3–7 day review period. Withdrawals are processed through Tremendous. A minimum balance of $5.00 is required.

Pending Rewards & Review Windows

Rewards enter a PENDING state after completion while verification and fraud checks are completed. Most rewards transition to APPROVED within 3–7 days. Some may require additional review.

Security & Fraud Protection

PollTap uses fraud detection systems to protect your account and payout reserves. Flags may include VPN usage, unusual completion patterns, or account inconsistencies. Contact us if you believe a flag was applied in error.
